Cheap TN panel = viewing angle is limited
By Yiqun Li
It is good as a monitor or if most time you are face to face towards it. But it is not so good as a TV, the image is pretty bad when look from side ways.

Good television at a good price
By Adam Blomfield
I bought this television to use as a computer monitor and was disappointed at first when I used an HDMI connection. The picture was fuzzy and not clear at all. I hooked it up using a VGA cable at the same resolution (1920 x 1080 or 1080p) and got much better quality. It confused me because I thought the digital signal would be better than analog, but it works!

Sceptre E243BV-HD 23" LED HDTV
By P. Gilman
Don't waste your time. The color, no matter how we try to adjust it, looks washed out. You have to sit directly in front of the screen in order for it to look okay. The speakers in the TV sound tinny. My old small Panasonic TV was much better than this! Disappointing!
