4very nice alot better then last year

tv is alot better then last years model have inproved picture and sound and remote is alot better then last years lg has been getting better and better have come along way old name was goldstar lg makes inprovements and sony and samsung do nothing to make them better only thing do not like is the stand but if put on wall you cannot see stand also nothing to do with tv but beware of united parcel service they are the 1 who deliverd the tv guy from united parcel knocks on your door and wants you to sign for tv but 1 problem the tv is in his truck and truck is in the middle of the st so you go out to st and look in truck and tv box is in truck and guy has a bunch of boxes on tv he finally pulls tv out and wants me to sign in the middle of st he finally helps me carry to house and cant wait till i sign and when i do he is gone i take tv out of box and tv is ok what every amazon paid united parcel they paid to much i got free 1 day shipping and i am still pissed over there service talking about united parcel i called amazon and told them what happen and guy seemed to have heard this story before so beware of buying from amazon when they ship united parcel i thought fed ex was bad but there are 100 percent better than united parcel service even uspo is better well never buy a tv from amazon again if they ship united parcel so like said beware of ups and there garbage service .update united parcel called me and trying to make excuses for driver i did not even get to tell my side of story and woman kept wanting to put me on hold to answer other complants finally i told her to call me when she has time without putting me on hold then i called ups customer service and reopen this case i am not happy with amazon and ups for there service
