I ordered this on the 13th of Nov and got it the 14th :D !!! and that was with super savers shipping.it was a fairly easy set up, its also a really thin tv. i happen to think the stand is genius.the actual picture to me is great, im not to experienced on quality. but its a clear picture, nothing is blurred. i can read all of the numbers and words with ease.my only issue is the panoramic view is THE WORST. the middle of the screen is perfect but the outer corner area stretches as if you're looking in a magnifying glass. so i will never use that option. other than that its great and i like it a lot.this is my 2nd vizio tv.

The first one was no good. Picture was fuzzy, off color and just not what I thought it should be. Called Visio, talked to the tech, went through some adjustments and still not right. I had a feeling it might not be right when we saw there was some damage to the one corner of the box it came in. Next called AMAZON. They are great!~ Had a new one shipped out the next day after shipping the first one back. What a difference. This is what a Visio should be. Picture is great and the audio is also very good compared to most in this size.

We received this in great condition even though it was not double-boxed. Setting it up was a breeze. So far the sound and picture are excellent for a bedroom TV. Since some people have had issues develop within a short period of time we are hanging onto the packaging for a while. In our experience Amazon is terrific about replacing defective products.For those who have not had success attaching the stand, we recommend reading the Quick Start Guide, where it is explained that two small screws are included to anchor the stand to the TV. (Look for a tiny plastic bag in the box). Just below the slots where the stand/bar fits in place on the back of the TV there are tiny flexible rubber "doors" that pop open so that you can put the screws in to hold the stand to the TV. The doors have an imprint that looks like the head of a screw.This TV does tilt a bit to the back, which makes viewing from bed sort of awkward, but a 1/2 inch book placed under the stand straightens it up nicely.The picture quality is so good that I'm thinking about ordering the 22" version to use as a TV and second monitor for my sewing room.
