I bought this tv from QVC before it was released at all of the other places. It impressed me with its 120hz response time, 1080p resolution, and it's wifi connectivity. Overall I would have to say that I am happy with this tv. It works great with my playstation 3, giving my good detail and good overall performance. Also, I am really happy with the video output that comes from the cable signals. I have had this tv since April and I am now starting to get some of the remote problems that other reviewers have talked about. Every once in a while the remote fails to "talk" to the tv even with new batteries in the remote. Also, the sound on this tv is really pretty bad. After having put up with the sound for 7 months, I am looking into a home theater surround sound system to bypass the tv's sound. Overall I am happy with the tv and would by again, especially if the sound and the remote were fixed.

This TV has a ton of features! wifi works awesome...I am a 25 yr IT site support career veteran and this TV is great for the current 599 pricing for it. Highly recomend. the processing power is so great it provided the "soap opera effect" at its highest setting but really nice is has a "low" "medium" "high" and "120 hz off" feature for edge smoothing...it is very nice that it can be controlled That is a great option since many folks find it difficult to handle such a "real" picture and dont like the "soap opera look" caused by the smoothing setting in most higher end TVSOverall a great TVEvery advanced complex product such as a smart tv can have issues and "lemons" do occur...I support a large network and we always get new hardware that is DOA or non functional after shipment. Just the nature of electronics...this is not a bad productEnjoy it if you get one.

As a Direct TV consumer I was frustrated with the remote and impossibility of finding a match between the Direct TV bank of possible codes to match this 2012 manufactured TV. Just managed to get the channel function to work but no volume control or turn off capability. Surround sound was ineffective . Taking this one back to Best Buy.
