Odd ghosting problem
By F. Miller
I tested this TV at an in-store display to determine if it suffers a similar ghosting problem I have with another Sony TV - KDL-26L5000. Sadly it does. I tested with a few pre-recorded scenes known to illustrate the problem on the KDL-26L5000.The odd ghosting problem is not the typical motion blur noticeable on fast moving objects. This ghosting manifests as a streaking or shadow movement. Most often it seems to affect facial features such as lips and around the eyes which seem to float off people's faces as they move from side to side. The effect is dependent on the scene being viewed - lighting, motion etc - typically occurring in dark scenes or scenes with areas of highly contrasting light and dark areas.Happily the KDL-32EX400 does not suffer from this problem. If you consider yourself a critical TV viewer, consider spending a little more to avoid this sort of annoying problem. For casual viewing this is probably not an issue.

Super sharp picture at a great price
By T. King
I have only had this TV for a week, but I have to say that I love it! The contrast is excellent, the sound is decent, and the price was right at $400. I purchased this model for a very small game room. The sharpness of the picture was my top priority because we are sitting so close to it. I am very happy with clarity that the BX300 provides.

A TV that can't handle motion well...
By J.A. Stevens
This was a Tv that I was really hoping would be great, but sadly I was mistaken.Pros: Good cable TV quality, Sound isn't too bad, the design is really sleek and nice looking, still picture quality is good.BIG CON: Basically you can't watch anything too dark on HD programs or ghost trails will manifest behind moving objects. I had my 360 hooked up and character's heads would look like shooting stars when they would move across the in game environment. Like other reviewers have stated, actor's facial features appear to be floating on their faces. I was EXTEREMLY irritated by this.I have since returned the TV and have ordered a Panasonic L32X2, so hopefully that will answer to my TV needs! :D
