received the item pretty quickly.Great picture and sound, but once I finished the initial set-up and started watching the tv,the tv was asking for the initial set-up again after 30 minutes.After searching through internet, found out this item came in a "store-mode"(which resets its whole set-up and never saves them after certain time)other TVs (samsung, vizio, etc) have instructions on how to switching it to "home mode" online,but nowhere to be found regarding this TV.emailed seller and the Seiki company technical team. Waiting for their responses.Would've given it 5 star if it wasn't for this problem. Can't watch TV like this, having to set up channel and preferences every 30 minutes.UPDATE:It wasn't a store-mode but a defective item.seller wouldn't reply to my messages which I left several times.later found out that the seller don't accept returns on the items but give exchange.But wait, they don't even do that for TVs bigger than 27"For this TV, only way you can get it fixed is via Manufacturer's warranty per seller.To make the matter worse, the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover for shipping in and out to get it repaired/exchangedwhich means $100~200 more out of your pocket in case you get a defective item as I did.So beware and if you still want to get this TV, hope you wouldn't get a damaged good like I did.UPDATE: (changed the rating to 3 from 1)Seiki released a firmware update. People can download it from their site.This will fix the set-up screen popping up. Yet, this still won't keep the aspect setting.Thus, only 3 stars...

Seiki SC461TS Energy Star 46 Inch Diagonal 1080p LCD HDTV with 3 HDMII have had this tv for a week and so far it has been a great buy. The picture is crystal clear right out of the box! It has many adjustments for picture,sound, and brightness.the sound is exceptional for volume,(i am not a sound specialist like some) but you will have no trouble hearing this tv.Set up was very easy,it brought in 11 local channels with a little tv top antenna. Cable and netflix hooked up right off the HDMI cables. Just pleased all around with no gripes. If it holds up over time it will be a great buy! Comes with a very good HDMI cable(i was using an old one and could not get dish to come on until i used the HDMI cable that came with it)

I bought this TV on black Friday, after reading plenty of reviews, I thought I need to give it a try. What a bad decisions I have made. this TV has the most horrible picture I have ever had on any TV, in fact I have my other TV Vizio(720p) is %100 better than this one. so I called both the seller and the Manufacture, both told me this was their best selling TV. I say NO WAY, don't buy it. I ended up sending it back to the seller and got a replacement one(but had to pay first for the 2nd one). 2nd one was exactly the same TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE VERY BAD PICTURE, so NOW I'm fighting both the seller and the Manufacture, Pray for me.
