My out of the box experience was as good as advertised in the BEST of reviews about this item. The stand was easy to affix. The tuner worked flawlessly on the first try. The picture quality was everything that was advertised. The sound is adequate and there many ways to upgrade. I haven't tried any of the advanced features but for the price that I paid....I am ever so pleased! The seller packaged this item remarkably well and it was delivered when promised!

We purchased the TV to use in our RV. We went out this past weekend and the TV was very easy to setup and use. the menu was very functional. It took us a while to figure out how to eject a DVD after we watched "Where the Red Fern Grows".The TV has a crystal clear picture and the color was fantastic. I thought the sound was very good after I found I could adjust both the treble and the base. I would definately reccomend this TV to my friends ofr home or in their RV.

I bought this to install on a ceiling mounted flip bracket in my motorhome. I wanted a good 12 volt tv I could watch when boondocking.The good:Solidly built, good color with lots of extra ports for gaming or use as a monitor. Excellent digital tuner picks up stations I didn't even get before.12 volt adapter included, runs great directly on my house batteriesAt 48 watts this is a good, energy efficient tv for DC powered systems.Built in DVD player with USB and SD card reader is a nice bonus.The mediocre:Picture is hard to see unless you are looking at it straight on, however the mount I used makes it easy to adjust for best viewing.Horrible speakers, but not any worse than the speakers on any tv of this size. I am running the sound into my dash mount stereo auxiliary input, so the speakers aren't really an issue for me.The bad:Nothing yetAll things considered this is a good purchase for the price and my application.
